Error.

I have an iPhone 4s running ios 9.3.6 and i went to the website and pressed "Install v1.0.2" and there is a error  that says

**Cannot install applications because the certificate for chatgptlegacy.com is not valid**  **OK**


i tried with an IPA on sideloadly and my app IDs are now run out, what can i do?
