Add severe weather icons #45

Hello, and thank you for your wonderful icons!
It would be really great to have severe weather icons, for example fire, strong wind, cyclone/hurricane/typhoon, flood.
A common theme for the alert aspect might be to have for example your current wind icon, but with with the exclamation symbol included.
Then any icon (such as flames to represent fire) would have this same exclamation symbol. so any weather condition that is considered severe is easily distinguished from "normal" conditions
