Create tarball from cc_binary

I have multiple cc_binary that I want to create a single tar.gz file, but I can't find anywhere an example to create a tar using rules_pkg. Can anyone help with that ?

I have the following output

attribute of py_binary rule @rules_pkg//pkg/private/tar:build_tar: @bazel_tools//tools/zip:zipper does not refer to a valid executable target. Since this rule was created by the macro 'py_binary', the error might have been caused by the macro implementation
