Animate fixed glasses position during zoom transitions

For now we hide the fixed glasses during zoom transitions, using the leaflet-zoom-hide class as advised by the Leaflet API doc.

It would be great instead that they follow zoom transitions dynamically, like the native Leaflet overlays (markers and vectors).

Hi, has there been any update on this? I am working on a project and being able to have the magnifying glass zoom dynamically with the map like the native overlays would be extremely helpful!
