It's not an urgent issue but it doesn't work as nicely when run with breton locale instead of french

I think I should just patch it so that it default to French if locale is Breton.
There's no Breton translation for gramps anyway and more importantly there's no point in looking for Breton translation on the web site when it only offers French or English.
