Description
Sometimes the plugin choke when the it parses a bogus date and feed it to gramps.
That result in an unhandled exception, that gramps will popup.
Once we close the exception popup, the current person import dialog is still here but the plugin doesn't make any progress.
It doesn't continue, it doesn't try to go to next person, it's just stuck
