Review derived DICOM attributes whitelist for data leaks #160

@bebbi

Description

@bebbi
  • There's a DICOM attributes whitelist (for purpose of de-id) which is derived as "All attributes minus the list of PS3.15E1.1"
  • The DICOM standard evolves and there is a possibility that some of the whitelist still contains attributes that should be protected/removed but currently aren't because they're not in PS3.15E1.1

The purpose of this issue is to solve by

  1. Create a mechanism to add attributes to a manual blacklist to prevent them to go into the whitelist/ensure they are protected, even if not in PS3.15E1.1
  2. Review whitelist attributes and fill that blacklist manually with the attributes we recognize as protectable.

Let's review solutions for number 1 first before moving ahead.
