Hide non-working backend

Hide intersystems and medirecords from a select since they doesn't work, but keep configuration for them. We can add active: false flag int he configuration.

Once they fix issues with CORS we will return them in the select.

@ir4y I think we can use the Endpoint resource to store configurations for external FHIR servers. What do you think? I can take a small timebox and try to implement it.
