Markdown itemControl. Color styling is not supported in display items

When using type: display with itemControl: markdown, color styling is not supported.

Even if the markdown content contains styled text (e.g., colored range descriptions), it is rendered as plain text without any color formatting.

Expected Result:

Markdown should support color styling OR
There should be a supported way to render colored text in display items.
