Run extract as atomic bundle

Currently, $extract runs multiple mappers in non-atomic way, let's run them as a single Bundle. And let's preserve the output format.

• In app/sdc/extract.py in JUTE mapper type get all mappers execution bundles trough $debug
• Wrap all $debug bundles within new bundle. If all children bundles are transaction, make parent bundle transaction alse, batch otherwise
• Run client.execute("/", data=bundle) for parent bundle and return parent's bundle entries as result or raise an exception if client.execute("/", data=bundle) status is not 200
• Add fullUrl unique checking and raise exception if there are duplicated fullUrl items
