Including Disk if there are more than one

I want to detect if the disk value is set and not 1. How do I use the %if statement to do it? I tried:

default: Albums/$albumartist/$album%aunique{}%if{$disk, [Disk $disk]}/$track $artist - $title

But the album folder name includes " [Disk $disk]"

How should I adjust the album folder to get the disks right?
