MTN snapml does not support numpy 2.0 #51

Some solvers do not support numpy==2.0 API.
I will skip them for now.

copt might be fixed with FIX np.NaN is not available anymore in numpy2.0 openopt/copt#111
snapml wheel are not build with numpy2.0
