On activation, cursor and visual [focus/framing] should be given to the end of the math problem.
This is because MathLive doesn't provide native support for overflow of editable math, and it has been a major usability issue for students and teachers in the past to not be able to view all their math at the same time (greatly increases cognitive load to try to hold in your mind the unseen portions of problems, as well as significantly increased chance for errors.)
