”Syncing” file garbles its contents, even if I’m the only one editing it

I want to use StackEdit as an interface to edit Markdown files from the cloud from both my Windows 10 computer and my Android phone. But when I load the file, the new text I write is always spliced into incoherent places. What is causing this problem? I am syncing with Google Drive.

I personally love this editor, but I encountered the same problem. I was working on an important project documentation .md file and found the file literally destroyed, with random content, old and incomplete changes, making my entire document unusable. I can confidently say that the Sync functions are literally broken. The sync function with Github is very useful, but it's broken because it still refers to the old default branch name "master," and if you don't have that branch in your repository, it will always return an HTTP error 422. Furthermore, I consider the requirement for a mandatory main workspace on Google Drive, which I don't even use, to be unnecessary. I see that the last commit on this repository is 3 years old, which makes me think the project is dead. I hope they've made a valid fork, otherwise I'll try to make one myself, perhaps by modernizing the project by migrating it to Typescript.
