Oblivion recommends using the opera-proxy alternative Psiphon

Just connect to "opera-proxy" using the proxy, then turn off the proxy. It works for any Opera browser and provides unlimited bandwidth nodes.

Yes, I successfully used it
This may be due to your country's restrictions on the Opera servers. You need to use the -proxy command to bootstrap through the Opera servers.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it.
But I’ll keep the topic open for now in case others have any ideas.
