Claim Keys

This issue is to track progress on implementing claim keys. Claim keys are keys generated from Best Servers' website that allows users to claim their own server. Claim keys will need to be inserted temporarily into the host name (or something similar).

Server claiming and such won't be ready by the initial release date for Best Servers. Therefore, this is on the back-burner for now.
