Update storage requirements

Review Besu storage requirements and sync times to ensure they are up to date. For example, Besu with Snap sync now requires ~1TB.

Storage/disk usage is listed in multiple places inconsistently. We should consider consolidating or otherwise ensure these numbers match and use consistent, accurate terminology. Follow up with Besu team (Simon, Karim) for latest numbers.
