[Bug]: mini-eq stops processing audio after some time of silence and at startup

Steps to reproduce

This is a break out bug from #8 as it may be unrelated.
When I start up mini-eq, even though the routing as checked in qpqgraph seems to be right, it is not processing the audio. Only by a change like switching equalized audio in the shell extension or A/B compare on and off the audio is really processed.

On top, after some time of silence, when audio starts playing again, the processing will be gone again (needing the same toggle switching as above)

it should always process audio when it is switched on.

I have to correct myself - it does not always take some time until the processing starts to break. I have it often, although not always just directly after I pause lollypop (my music player of choice)

It seem to be fixed by the new build - at least the immediate processing bug. I will continue to observe if the loss in processing is continue to show up or if this is fixed as well.

I just had another failure where it suddenly stopped processing. I was playing with putting monitoring on and off and observe the cpu usage this caused, changing nothing else. After going back to youtube, the audio was no longer processed until doing the switch toggeling.

I published a new Flathub test build with the latest routing changes and pipewire-gobject 0.3.7.

Please install this test build and try the Monitor on/off + playback scenario again:

This is still a draft test build, not the final 0.7.4 release. If it still stops processing, the most useful details are whether toggling Monitor revives it, the selected output device, and a short journalctl --user excerpt around the failure.

I wasn't able to reproduce it with the latest test build. I will continue to look out if the bug is really gone.
