SDRF for affinity proteomics datasets #697
Description
Recently, we have been contacted to represent affinity proteomics (AP) datasets in SDRF. We (PRIDE Team) is also working in a submission system for AP datasets. Similar to the new use case for metabolomics #680 #671 this use case will be included in the next release of the format.
