Enhance Variation Landscape

The Variation Landscape tool in REEV was inspired by ClinVar lollipops graph. However, there are many more enhancements to perform on the plot.

Describe the solution you'd like
Features to include:

• annotation of exons
• chromosomal location
• variant position
• Gene direction (For genes on the minus chromosomal strand, it is unclear whether this has been complemented or not, therefore the direction of the gene itself is unclear.)

We probably will need refactorings in subservices for implementation of this feature.

What did the reviewer exactly ask for? Maybe only the exon display is broken?

• We cann add more information on hover (hover to the exons showing exon number (1based / total) with chromosome, start and exon length)

  Line should span from first to last only. Also please look whether you can display the CDS part of exons thicker (if exon overlaps with CDS draw a second box that spans more y in the CDS area).
• To indicate the direction, draw arrows from the center of the exons to the center of the introns and then a line on to the center of the exon. This should give the characteristic transcript forward / reverse indication people are used to from genome browsers.
