Issue with RTL (right-to-left)

Hi,

There is a small issue in RTL, when there are parentheses (1) (2) ... Mix of occidental characters and arabic, I think.

I tested the files with commands less, head and TextEdit on Mac, Google Translate (copy paste) => was OK.

Difficult to configure with Emacs, Vim to be honest.

To reproduce, just open chapter 1 of Genesis (book 01-...).
The bug is shown when verse (2) is printed in the same row than (1).

For info, each chapter is only 1 line, ut8 encoding.
