Import data bundles

[laughedelic]

• depend on the corresponding data bundle (direct raw or S3 copy)
• depend on other imports if needed
• run import GraphProcess
• clean up the raw data

I guess some graph init bundle will be needed as well (overridden in release.titan, etc.).
