Need an Index Selector in "Apply increment update (diff)" dialog

Similar to #128, there is another index selector dropdown in the apply-diff dialog, which suffers the same issue when the list of ES indices becomes very long:

click the "Apply" button after a diff release is generated:

Then it shows an index dropdown in the dialog:

We can pretty much reuse the same improved index selector from #128.
