Save Top Bar Preference in Config Export

Describe the feature

Currently the setting "Show the topbar on each button. This can be overridden per-button" in the Settings > Buttons is not saved as a preference when a configuration is exported.

I design buttons to use the full square canvas, but I notice many people who are new to Companion fail to change this top bar setting on import, resulting in jumbled and even missing text display when pushed off-screen.

It would be faster and simpler for the end user if the imported configuration file remembers (or indicates) that the top bar was enabled or disabled in the design of the original configuration export.

I needed it for a setup where I wanted to send a full config to my colleagues so they can use my pre-programmed connections, buttons and triggers. Every time they import the full config, they'd need to go to settings and re-disable the topbar which is annoying.

I just saw this mentioned as "in progress" in the v4.1 plan, so I'm adding references here to PR #2875 and #3538, which would resolve this issue but have fallen into a bit of a black hole since @krocheck closed his PR when I cherry-picked his work into #3538, and then I closed #3538 after Keith said he still had local un-pushed changes on his PR. So now both are closed, but not due to lack of intent to have it implemented!

Incidentally, @AllanPill's comment, above, is resolved in the sense that you can now do a full import without resetting the current settings (PR #3557, merged)
