Feature request: add a tag editor

Hello!
My music collection consist of not only untagged (lacking an IDv3 tag) songs but also songs with incorrect tags.
Currently i have to use a console-based tag editor, but it would be helpful to just have an ability to edit tags in the web interface.
If it is hard to implement (like, lack of libraries for RoR) I think doing a database-only metadata override mechanism as you have with the album covers would also do the job.

Thank you for your suggestions. I also have the plan to support tag editing. This feature needs wahwah to support tag writing. Link the issue here: aidewoode/wahwah#27
