Add flag in paper results for "recently revised"

Sometimes a paper will show up in the "most tweeted" lists that was posted, say, 8 months ago. Most of the time it's because of discussion of a revision that was posted much more recently; we should make that clear instead of making people click through to the bioRxiv site to figure out if that's the case.
