Include full text in search

There does not appear a way to do an advanced search. The q parameter only looks at titles, abstracts and authors. What if I wanted to search for a particular gene in the actual paper themselves?

Hi! Thanks for your feedback—you're totally right that the article full-text is still unavailable in search. It would certainly be helpful, and I'm hopeful we'll be able to add this feature at some point. Leaving this ticket open as a reminder.
