Homebrew tarball used in brew module hasn't been updated since March 10th

While Brew can be updated later on live system, it's not really great that the base archive no longer keeps up with newer updates in https://github.com/ublue-os/packages/releases for a month now. Either the module needs to pull OCI container from https://github.com/ublue-os/brew and enable the services accordingly or only enable direct pull and remove getting Brew tarball from UBlue completely
