Support for Dockerfile image refs

I think it would be nice if kobold could update image refs in Dockerfiles. Would this be out of scope for this project?

Hi, its not strictly out of scope but kobold is currently based on yaml AST. Given a dockerfile is not a yaml file, its not obvious how it should be done.
