WebMagick eventually crashes the system when left running long enough (672 build)

May be related to #514 and #959 ?

using a 16-bit build from commit c4f24b3

I was running the Last Words screensaver at the time of the crash. It was probably hours and hours into the day before it happened as I came in from work and chores to see the computer had froze. No error message. Required a reboot.

Specs:
10MHz NEC V20
1 MB RAM
612KB Conventional Memory free
32KB Upper Memory
2MB EMS/XMS memory
MS-DOS 6.22, Loaded HIGH

I think I have encountered the same issue with CI-Latest under DOSBox-X, when leaving WebMagick open with this site for more than 24 hours. The first time when waking from the Last Words screensaver, the mouse was slightly juddery and I could not click on anything. The second time the system produced a KR-07 while the screensaver was still running. When pressing e to exit, it then produces a KR-35 in text mode.

Update, I tested it with the Stars screensaver and eventuall got a KR-07, and then I disabled Lights Out and eventually got a KR-09.

Update, I got another KR-07 with Geowrite + Last words left open and I left the VM to idle overnight - should I raise a separate ticket/issue?

Do you see any way to test this under swat? If the problem is related to the system itself (like an out-of-handles-problem) it should also happen in the swat environment.
