Changing time in Preferences, Lights Out, works after restart, but no prompt to restar in Geos #984
Description
When changing the time in Preferences, Lights Out, for the screen saver, the new time is not set, it takes a restart of Geos for the new screen saver time to be active, and there is no prompt to restart Geos either.
