Callbacks need to include transformations if misalignments

Callbacks should include as an argument a definition of the transformation of the coords back to the global frame if an element is misaligned. @DavidSagan seems like the best person to handle the nuances/subtleties of this

This is turning out to be quite a challenging task. A code refactor will be necessary to have a clean solutionf or this. See the branch callbacks3 .

One possibly clean solution would be to modify the KernelChain to have two more tuples/chains, called transforms_out and transforms_in, that would include the s and t dependent transformations . Then the existing callback structure would need to be able to accept s and t (actual time, which can change over the element in e.g. implicit).
