Add a "continue" button if a card was interrupted in the middle of programming

If a card was interrupted in the middle of programming (e.g. the card gets pulled away from the phone too early), show a continue button so the user can tap again to continue programming the same card.
This will prevent bricking cards by tapping the card too quickly
