Automatize deployment, using GitHub Actions and Digital Ocean

Using a basic Droplet instance, deploying changes to testing proposes allows to:
- Share a link to test a new feature/fix
- Test behavior near production, which can avoid issues not detected in the development stage (For example Bug: Chrome blocks Nostr2x on production (Alby works fine) #98)
- Avoid introducing bugs in production
Prod Deployment
- Allows reducing the time of the deployment process and reduce the amount of fails due to human errors (Forgetting to download some version, update libraries, wrong configuration, wrong update in databases, etc)
