Default network type

The build of version 2 has a problem: sometimes a connection does not close, then you need to turn on Flight mode and wait about a minute for the hung connections to close.

Can you make it so that in the settings of the mobile Internet the default network type is “WCDMA only” and not “LTE/UMTS auto (PRL)”?

Sorry, but please don't do that. WCDMA is outdated.

1. Fix the problem in the Russian language interface, pls.
2. Add the 5th item "LTE/WCDMA" to select a network with intermittent reception (it's necessary for mobile operators, which greatly save on coverage of the reception area).
