Improve portability

0.0.4 saves the project name optionally to .brackets.json but it also contains the path as the key and _parentPath. This is not needed in the project scope, but it is needed for the user global scope (mainly for Recent Projects-dropdown reasons).

• Save local pref as it's own object (projectName)
• Handle migration from 0.0.4 to 0.0.5. ❓
• Always a pref with a path to namedProjects

The text color thing was changed in 0.0.6, so the migration would be in 0.0.4 -> 0.0.6
