Move NMI checksum digit to dedicated column #199
Description
Change site.nmi to be 10 characters. Add a new column called checksum to store the supplied 11th checksum digit (if sent). Otherwise set it to NULL.
This will ensure all outgoing reports / details will be 10 digit as intended for "machine to machine" comms.
