Coverage reporting false negatives #238
Description
Coverage seems to be reporting false negatives after async sqlalchemy operations have occurred. https://github.com/bsgip/envoy/pull/237/files#diff-591abf4e60a0d4ab051fba9182f91b8ec5d0638aa4a9bde88ef1dcb0397cd450R84-R87 is an example of this, with other examples visible in that same file.
synergy-au#22 (comment) covers more of an explanation, with coveragepy/coveragepy#1082 discussing the issue. Skimming over, it may be possible to remove this behaviour using configuration or extensions.
