Canvas for concepts page

Hi! I was reading through the Ifc concepts and noticed that every page has a "canvas" like section which shows the connections between the ifc concepts and schemas. I think it would be really helpful to allow people to pan and zoom around it like a grasshopper canvas, as some of the pages have many nodes and connections, which makes tracking relationships visually quite difficult while learning. Let me know if help is needed for implementation if you guys are interested in this idea!

I think these kind of usability improvements are always appreciated. If you want to have a stab, the entry point where the SVG gets produced is roughly here, but beware the code is messy, Would benefit from a bit more separation between view and template code.

How do I obtain the examples_by_type.json file? I've ran ./create_resources.sh and it completed, most pages are working but when I try to access some of the content such as http://127.0.0.1:5000/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/IfcAxis1Placement.htm, i get this error on the backend: Path examples_by_type.json not available.
