Unrecognized imports outside of VS Code workspace

Because the extension currently uses a virtual file system, you may encounter errors related to missing files outside of the opened VS Code workspace. If you are working in a subdirectory of a dfx project, it is often possible to fix import errors by opening the folder containing the parent `dfx.json` config and `.dfx/` directory.
