Saving a file should save only the parts that are needed

We should have some way to only save the parts of a show that are necessary, and then reconstruct the others.

For instance, the CachedFlow per point can be created from the continuity when the show is restored. By doing this we can save space in the snapshots and files that we save.

Some convention of cached could be used for this.
