Add command-line visibility to the number of jobs per queue for a given agent. #870
Description
Related to PR #858 and PR #853 and potentially solved by #859. the current testflinger CLI does not provide a mechanism by which a user can determine what work may be in other queues which may be worked in front of their current job via the command line.
Because #853 is merged, the server now supports displaying not only the list of queues on the Agent Detail page, but also the number of current jobs on those queues as well.
There is no such visibility available on the command line and there should be.
