Description
Describe the bug
A pull quote element on the blog ubuntu.com/blog/canonical-announces-ubuntu-pro-for-wsl shows an additional double quote, as seen in the image below towards the end of the quote paragraph (Safari 26.1 (21622.2.11.11.9), macOS 26.1):
In a different browser, the additional quote overlaps with the blockquote text, as can be seen in the end quote on top of the "Linux" text below (Chrome 142.0.7444.176 (Official Build) (arm64), macOS 26). Sometimes it initially displays like the screenshot above at first and only manifests when the window width is decreased, other times it shows from the start.
The code used for this blockquote element is the following, added within WordPress:

Canonical and Microsoft have a fantastic partnership, building out the WSL experience. This work will benefit enterprise developers who use WSL to build production Linux solutions.

Craig Loewen, Product Manager for WSL at Microsoft

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to ubuntu.com/blog/canonical-announces-ubuntu-pro-for-wsl
- See blockquote issue
Expected behavior
Blockquote displays as expected, without any additional double quotes.
Worth noting that this behavior is not observed on the Canonical version of this blog, over at canonical.com/blog/canonical-announces-ubuntu-pro-for-wsl

Additional context
Another issue that may or may not be related is the thumbnail for this blog not displaying properly on macOS on ubuntu.com, and redirects to the canonical.com blog happening on Firefox and Chrome for macOS.
