Upgrade Mantine to latest versions

Let's upgrade Mantine to its latest version - 8.3.x. Pay special attention to the @mantine/form package when upgrading. Check its changelog to see if there are any breaking changes to the forms functionality. Thoroughly test the deposit forms after the upgrade to verify that there aren't any regressions introduced with the new version.

Hi, @brunomenezes , I remember that we discussed some time ago that we shouldn't upgrade Mantine for the time being, however the more we wait, the further we'll deviate from the most up-to-date versions of the library.

That's why I opened this issue so we can potentially tackle the upgrade. As I wrote in the issue, we'll pay extra attention to @mantine/form while upgrading to minimize any risks of regressions in the transaction forms.

Please let me know if you're ok for us to tackle this.
