Mode 13 data acquisition starts abnormally #12
Description
Test case: Leave mode 13 running for a few hours. Run vegas_hpc_lbw. Data acquisition, which is supposed to start only at packet 0, starts when the packet count is a large number. Looks like packet count is being read as a signed number somewhere.
(Not sure if this used to happen for the old mode 13 code, or whether it happens for mode 1.)
This is not a critical bug - during observations, the board is configured just prior to acquisition, so all counters are reset and everything should work fine.
