Add support for Kubernetes v1.34

Description of the feature or enhancement:

Please add support and respective version of cdk8s-plus for Kubernetes v 1.34.

Use Case:

Kubernetes v 1.34 was released for a few month now and we are looking to upgrade.

Proposed Solution:

Add new version support using the existing procedure.

@leevs importing the kubernetes schema is only the first step of fully supporting a new version - the second is releasing a new cdk8s-plus package. That part is unfortunately more involved and cannot be automated, I will do it manually next week.

Automating the schema import is a big plus though regardless because it unlocks cdk8s import
