you need to have your specially wired up OBD2 cable wired up correctly and then do a search with the magnifying glass. If it does not find your multimedia ECU after that you have to manually go into the 'Navigation' section and pick out a CAN2 ECU in that manually. |

Hello, thank you very much for your help. It seems I can't force anything
on my R-Link 2 to change the VIN in order to determine a key. Chatgpt tells
me that the only stable version is 2.9.2. I installed a used R-Link unit
and I don't have the correct ECU to change the VIN.

on the clio mk5 with security gateway people have apparently unlocked it by taking apart half the dash, getting to the wires at the back of the BCM module and doing it that way. I dont know if you can do same with your vehicle? |

I need ECU for ddt4allv3.0.6 - "Okapi" Renault Megane IV Ph2 Sedan 2024
earlier version connecting as "Megane IV " but full of red boxes inside
values.
For 3.0.6 which has Megane IV Ph2 Sedan need an ecu (for okapi 3.06 ecu
v3).
Could You tell me more where from to download and where to place it inside
ddt4all directory anr if it has to be unzipped od zipped as an "ecu.zip"
file?

Tell me - those values which been successfully readed like:
"Start/STOP Inhibition" - value 0
are readed ok, right?
Only those red fields are not proper for used ECU ?

It looks linke I can modify without unlocking.
I can read all values. Like I did in my 2019 Megane. Nothing looks
different.
It's all very familiar.

ah yeah sure you might be able to read and it all look familiar , but i thought with 2024 year of car you cannot actually modify with a sgw gateway without unlocking with a token first? - I could be wrong I havent worked with renaualt car past 2019 personally myself |

Good evening guys, I own a fully equipped 2017 Renault Megane GT SW. One day, when I went to unlock the car, the screen stopped working. I looked into it and found out that the infotainment unit had burned out, so I replaced it. Since the old unit didn’t support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, I installed a unit from the next model year — specifically from a 2020 model. Here’s the issue: with the new unit, everything works fine, but the blind spot warning stopped working. I turn it ON, and after a few seconds it switches itself back to OFF. The same happens with the emergency brake system — it shows ON in the console, but it doesn’t actually do anything. I’ve spent countless hours searching and trying things with DDT4All and PyRen, but all the files I can find are RADNAV up to version 3.3, and I can’t find any database anywhere for versions 3.7 or 3.9. I even went to the dealership, and they told me they can’t fix it. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how I can fix this? I believe there’s no proper communication between the console and the rest of the system, so these features can’t work. I’ve checked all the ECUs I’m supposed to, the values look correct, but still nothing works. |

I finally went to the dealership to have the car checked. They saw that the infotainment system is from a newer model and told me that they can synchronize the control units, but there is a chance it might not work and my screen may never work again. They asked me if I want to go ahead with it, but they don’t take responsibility if it fails. Now I honestly don’t know what to do. 😞 |
