The Surface Temperture PFS team identifies that there should be two classes of requirements within per-pixel metadata: those derived per-pixel for each band separately, and those derived per-pixel for all bands together.
The team identifies No Data, Incomplete Testing, and Saturation as 'Per Band' Per-pixel requirements, and all others as 'Band Independent' Per-pixel requirements.
Mark De Jong noted:
"I can't think of a case where you would need more than a single array (x,y) indicating per pixel LC, cloud, SZA, or terrain in each product/scene/granule."
I imagine this change would support our discussions on data volumes ect.
This change would include two subheadings under Per-pixel Metadata and an addition to the category description.
