Improve "Build and Run" Tutorials

The tutorials present a lot of information but not in a goal-oriented manner, so the user knows what to do with the information. For example, the question of "how do I add an app to the cFS target" should be clear. In general, the functions provided by GUI buttons should be explained:

1. Build a new cFS target
2. Rebuild a target after changing an app
3. How to add an app from a target
4. How to integrate a user app not in Basecamp's directory structure
