Hello! Project's GitHub actions keep producing "nightly releases" regularly while no changes has been made recently (in fact, the last change was made around 10 months ago at the time of writing this issue.) Not a critical problem indeed, the only inconvenience is that the project keeps "spamming" dashboards of subscribed users (including me) with those pointless "releases" which adds some confusion, I think. It would be nice if "nightly releases" would be produced only if recent pushes were detected.
Nevertheless, thanks for the project! Looking forward for more actual releases. :-)
